Diecast Models Condition Guide

Each and every one of our Obsolete and Discontinued Models is inspected for its overall quality. This inspection covers both the model and its respective box. This, we believe, makes Diecast Devon quite unique!

All of our models come with a Condition Report and this is shown with EVERY SINGLE MODEL listed on our website. A Copy of this condition report is also included with your purchase so that you can see exactly what you have purchased.

Our models are rated on a scale of 1 - 10; with 10 representing the model to be in Mint Condition or As New.

The table below provides an indication of how we rate our models.

Condition Report - Models
10/10	Refers to an item as being in "As New" condition
9/10 - 9.5/10	Overall in excellent condition with only the slightest of faults
8/10 - 8.5/10	Overall in very good condition with some marks or small paint chips
7/10 - 7.5/10	Overall in good condition with some marks and small paint chips
6/10 - 6.5/10	Overall in fair condition with obvious signs of wear to include surface marks and paint chips
5/10 - 5.5/10	Overall in poor condition with obvious signs of wear to include surface marks, paint chips and parts missing.
1/10 - 4.5/10	Overall in very poor condition and recommended for restoration.

Condition Report - Boxes
10/10	Refers to a box as being in "As New" condition
9/10 - 9.5/10	Overall in excellent condition with only the slightest of surface marks
8/10 - 8.5/10	Overall in very good condition with some surface marks or small surface scuffs or creases
7/10 - 7.5/10	Overall in good condition with some surface marks and surface scuffs or creases
6/10 - 6.5/10	Overall in fair condition with obvious signs of wear to include surface marks, surface scuffs, creases and tears.
5/10 - 5.5/10	Overall in poor condition with surface marks, surface scuffs, creases and tears, and parts of box missing.
1/10 - 4.5/10	Overall in extremely poor condition, with no structure to the box
