Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Post or FedEx Courier. This will be dependent upon the size/weight of your order, and postcode area within the UK. We aim to despatch your order within 72 hours of order confirmation. Either service will be used at our discretion.

If Special Delivery/FedEx Courier service is selected, then your order will receive Priority Despatch. FedEx guarantee next day delivery to most areas within the UK mainland, though some areas are excluded from this service and includes certain postcode areas for the Highlands of Scotland and Northen Ireland. Please enquire prior to placing your order if your postcode is available for next day delivery.

Although we will do everything we can to meet the delivery times described above, these times may be affected by factors beyond our control and subsequently cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. In the event that we fail to despatch your order before this deadline we will notify you by email.


SHIPPING SURCHARGE
In some circumstances, some European/Internationl Orders may be subject to an additional charge for shipping dependent upon order size/weight. We will always notify you prior to despatch of any subsequent costs. Such orders will be dispatched using either Royal Mail Airmail or Fed Ex. Either service will be used at our discretion.

Please also note, you are responsible for any import duty or customs charges that may be applicable to your countries' regulations.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

Although a rare occurrence, items can sometimes be lost in transit. If you have selected Special Delivery for your order, then these items can easily be traced either via Royal Mail or our chosen carrier, Business Post. In this instance, we will either provide you with a full refund or a replacement model will be sent while we carry out an investigation for missing items.

If an order has been placed without Special Delivery, then we retain the right to firstly carry out an investigation with Royal Mail to ascertain whether an order can be traced. We always obtain a proof of postage and this will be produced in the event of a claim. We allow a period of 14 days for this investigation to be carried out by Royal Mail.
