Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you can cancel your purchase at any time either before despatch, or 7 days after receipt.

(a) Prior To Despatch. If you wish to cancel an order prior to despatch, then you must notify us via email or telephone as soon as you can after placing your order. If your order has already been dispatched, then postal costs to your address, and return postal costs can not be refunded.

(b) Upon Receipt. You will have 7 days after delivery of your item to return if you so wish. Please return and post to the address below, along with the original receipt with written details of why you are returning the product. Please note, we are unable to refund any postal charges.

(c) Damaged in Transit. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to make a claim with Royal Mail.

Your product must be complete and in the same condition in which you received it i.e. as described and unmarked.

You cannot cancel your purchase when:

1). You have used, damaged or marked the item
2). The 7 day return period has expired



Return of Faulty Goods Within 28 Days

Where a fault occurs within 28 days of delivery, we will offer either a replacement for an identical item, an item of similar value, or a full refund (less postage costs.)

The majority of our models are NOT New Items. When you are considering a purchase, please do bear in mind our condition reports for an accurate description of each item. Wherever possible we will respond to customers on an individual basis..

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product MUST be supplied with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Where goods are refunded due to a fault or other defect, we will refund delivery charges.

This return's policy does not affect your legal rights.
