| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add it to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. Our entire Order Process is 100% Secure. Credit/Debit Card payments may be made via our 100% Secure Protx Service, and we accept most major credit/debit cards including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and Maestro. We also accept Cash Payments (though these MUST be sent via registered post) in GB Pounds Sterling, Euro's, and US Dollars. For Euro's and US Dollars, you will be notified of current exchange rates. If sending cash payments, we ALWAYS provide notification of receipt of funds for your assurance. |
| Shipping And Handling For postage and packing rates to the UK and Worldwide locations, please refer to the table below. All orders are despatched using Royal Mail or FedEx Courier. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Post or FedEx Courier. This will be dependent upon the size/weight of your order, and postcode area within the UK. We aim to despatch your order within 72 hours of order confirmation. Either service will be used at our discretion. If Special Delivery/FedEx Courier service is selected, then your order will receive Priority Despatch. FedEx guarantee next day delivery to most areas within the UK mainland, though some areas are excluded from this service and includes certain postcode areas for the Highlands of Scotland and Northen Ireland. Please enquire prior to placing your order if your postcode is available for next day delivery. Although we will do everything we can to meet the delivery times described above, these times may be affected by factors beyond our control and subsequently cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. In the event that we fail to despatch your order before this deadline we will notify you by email. SHIPPING SURCHARGE In some circumstances, some European/Internationl Orders may be subject to an additional charge for shipping dependent upon order size/weight. We will always notify you prior to despatch of any subsequent costs. Such orders will be despatched using either Royal Mail Airmail or Fed Ex. Either service will be used at our discretion. | Back Orders Back Orders are accepted for New Release Models. PLEASE DO NOTE: In some circumstances, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SUPPLY, as this may be affected by issues beyond our control. If we are unable to supply a given item, then you will be notified as soon as possible via email and a refund of any deposit monies paid will be made within 48 hours. Please also note, any deposit paid for a particular model or models is non refundable and non transferable unless we are unable to supply your requirements. Although we are unable to accept Back Orders for obsolete and discontinued models, we do provide a Free Model Search Service. Therefore, if there is a particular model that you are searching for, then please provide us with Full Model Description, Manufacturer and Model Reference Code if known, and should the item become available, we will gladly contact you with a Model Condition Report and Price. |

We guarantee to provide an accurate description of all of our models, bearing in mind that these models are Not New Items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please return it to us with proof of purchase for a full refund (less postage costs) within 7 days (see returns policy). |

| Returns Policy Returns Policy 7 Day Non-faulty returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you can cancel your purchase at any time either before despatch, or 7 days after receipt. (a) Prior To Despatch. If you wish to cancel an order prior to despatch, then you must notify us via email or telephone as soon as you can after placing your order. If your order has already been despatched, then postal costs to your address, and return postal costs can not be refunded. (b) Upon Receipt. You will have 7 days after delivery of your item to return if you so wish. Please return and post to the address below, along with the original receipt with written details of why you are returning the product. Please note, we are unable to refund any postal charges. (c) Damaged in Transit. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to make a claim with Royal Mail.
