Pulleyn Transport was founded in 1976 delivering all types of cargo, later steadily specialising in temperature controlled services. Today, they largely distribute pharmaceutical and medical products throughout the UK and continental Europe, operating 55 vehicles from its base in Reading. Pulleyn’s site has 42,000 sq ft of frozen and chilled facilities storing the majority of the products it handles at between 2-8 degrees Celsius. They also store and handle hazardous materials requiring specialist attention on this site. In the main, their fleet is Mercedes trucks, and they pride themselves on owning an immaculate fleet with ‘spick and span’ drivers.
