S.C. Transport Ltd was ‘born’ in November 2000 when the current owner decided to move away from his Father’s business, T.F. Corner Ltd. The business began with 2 ERF tractor units and second-hand Stepframe trailers working for a local forklift hire company moving forklifts throughout the country and they soon found work with major manufacturers. Alongside their forklift work S.C. Transport started to move plant for contractors as well as powered access equipment. The Company now has 14 staff and 12 vehicles on the road, their main areas of work being crane assisted haulage specialising in power generation work, Stepframe and low loader services, bulk animal feed deliveries and recovery services. S.C. Transport Ltd pride themselves on their service to their customers, whatever their requirements.
