Keenan International Transport Ltd was founded in 1972 by Tommy Keenan. It has operated from the same premises in Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland since the company began. The Company has added to its yard, storage and vehicle servicing facilities over time. It is a family run operation with Tommy’s son, daughters and brothers all involved in the everyday running of the business. Keenan Transport provides a service to a number of multinational companies carrying frozen, fresh and ambient goods to Ireland, the UK and Continental Europe.

Keenan Transport prides itself on the treatment and respect given to its customers and employees and this has paid dividends for the retention of customers and staff. They regard their staff as one of their most important assets and their customers appreciate that they deal with the same person year in year out. They run a fleet of Scania and Volvo trucks and a varied selection of fridge boxes, double deck, dual evap, hanging and straight trailers.
